No listing fees and no final value fees for now, absolute free to listing items and services on Bikoose ; no final value sales fees which make it possible for you to keep 100% of your profits .You must have a payment method on file when selling or buying on Bikoose. We will continue to upgrade listing features that will help sellers increase sales through visibility of sought after merchandise. Bikoose reserve the right to modify this privacy statement on fees charges in the future on listing and selling on Bikoose.com at any time at our discretion, so please review our listing fees policy frequently as any material changes to this policy, will be notify to you here in advance usually 30 days in advance by email or by other means.  There will no advance notice required for temporary promotions or any changes that result in fees reduction.

Bikoose Listing Conditions

Users to this sites who wish to sell either used or new items are responsible and must comply with Bikoose terms and policies for listing; such users shall agree in practice to provide genuine and clear information of the items they wish to sell, post or advertise. Users listing , posting or advertisement are not guarantee to stay in the category for ever; Bikoose has the right to delete any users activities that bridge or violate its terms and policies either by contents or fraudulent activities. Duplication of third party listing, posting, content and information is not allowed by Bikoose. Users must consciously agreed to comply with Bikoose listing, posting and advertising rules and buying policy before they can use this site and that you are responsible for the accuracy of the contents in your listing and items you offered; your listing may not be immediately searchable by keyword or category for several hours, usually in about 24 hours in some circumstances. To promote a positive marketplace that will enable a positive growth for users of this website; you agreed that Bikoose may display the sales and performance history of your individual listings to other sellers. The appearance of listing of any such in the search or browse engine will depends on the targeting markets location, buyer’s location, search query, browsing site, and history item’s location, listing format, price and shipping cost, terms of service, end time, history, and relevance to the user query; seller’s history, including listing practices, Detailed Seller Ratings, policy compliance of Bikoose and Feedback.

 

Buyers Condition

It is always advisable to read rules of buying and selling which stipulate that buyers are responsible to legally engaged in contract that bind the buyer and the seller When buying an item. The buyer has agreed to enter into legal commitment to buy such item and has accepted to pay the full amount of such item in good faith. Users of bikoose .com are highly encouraged to carefully review the Restricted Products and content below this page before listing a product. Any users found in violation of federal, state , local laws including bikoose policies for listing content, products and services ;bikoose will take  appropriate corrective actions, including but not limited to immediately suspending or terminating selling privileges without reimbursement,  terminating the business relationship, and permanent withholding of payments. Legal action, including civil and criminal penalties maybe apply for selling of illegal or unsafe products on bikoose

  • Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information from bikoose.com websites or using it for purposes unrelated to Bikoose.
  • Transfer your bikoose.com account (including feedback) and User ID to another party without our express, written consent.
  • Distribute or post spam, chain letters, or pyramid schemes.
  • Distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm bikoose.com, or the interests or property of bikooset.com users.
  • Copy, modify, or distribute content from our sites.
  • Collect or post personal information about users, including email addresses, without their consent.
  •  Solicitation is strictly prohibited; there will be a payment of  one thousand US dollars ($1000.00) per account of Bikoose users involved in using our website or services to promote, distribute, advertise or publish any material containing any Solicitation for funds, goods or services, this fee is use for investigation and prosecution of such users of such activities.

 

Payment and Taxes

Bikoose.com as a marketplace is not an agent for you as a buyer or you as a seller; making a purchase on Bikoose.com is buying a product from an independent seller and not from Bikoose unless Bikoose is selling the product as the Merchant of Record. You agree that Bikoose is not an agent with authority to act on your or on a seller’s behalf. Payments are handled directly between you and the seller.

You agree that you and seller are responsible for determining the amount of sales, use or other taxes that you may owe as a result of purchases you make. You agree (a) that Bikoose  has no responsibility to collect, report or remit sales, use or any other applicable taxes in connection with your purchase, unless Bikoose  is selling the product as the Merchant of Record (the “Item Details” page will clearly display Bikoose  as the seller when Bikoose  is the Merchant of Record.), and (b) to fully indemnify, defend and hold Bikoose  harmless from any and all claims, demands, damages, awards, fines, costs, expenses and liability in any way associated with foregoing.

You will indemnify and hold Bikoose (and our employees, directors, affiliates and subsidiaries, and our and their respective officers, agents) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of this Agreement, or your breach of any law or your improper use of our Services or the rights of a third party.

Returns Policy

Bikoose strive to ensure that all customers are satisfied and treated equally. A return for most unused items and unopened items can be initiate within 14 days of delivery to you. All Item(s) must be returned within 14 days after arrival for possible replacement or money back as refund money; return of items is possible due to damaged items on arrival to you or items not as described in the listing. We will still try to assist you with a return by following the processes below. If a product arrives damaged or not as described you are fully protected and we will refund the full cost of the item, shipping charges, and return shipping charges.

Bikoose will only process a returned or cancellation orders if a customer put in a request through their Bikoose account by clicking Request Return/Cancellation in your Order History. Then, Bikoose will process your request and provide you with a RIA number (Return Items Authorization Number) and return instructions. No returns will be accepted without return tracking information, an RIA number and proper execution of the provided instructions. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fees unless the product arrives damaged or defective and the original shipping fee will be deducted from any refund. If a product your ordered arrives damaged please contact Bikoose support within 48 hours so a claim can be filed with the appropriate division or shipping company. Additionally, if your purchase qualified for “Free Shipping” the actual cost of shipping for your item(s) will be deducted from your refund.

You must return items in new or unused condition inside of an outer shipping box with all original materials included with the shipment and the merchandise must be received your returned items at our processing facility within 45 days of delivery. All returned items are inspected and typically, refunds are not awarded for opened or used products. Returns are subject to a 12% restocking fee.

Once again, if the return is a result of Bikoose error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the item, shipping charges, and return shipping charges. First, Bikoose will provide you with a prepaid label upon receipt of pictures of the damaged/defective item. You can expect your refund within four weeks from the date you return your merchandise. In most cases you will receive a refund much sooner, but a four week estimate is required to allow ample time for return shipping (up to 14 days), returned product inspection (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment. Once your return is processed you will receive an email with your refund details.
